You’re a web designer who ships. You move from idea to design to live site in days, not quarters, and you obsess over what the funnel says afterward. You’ll be the force multiplier behind our growth and the expansion of 2HR Learning: crafting high-conversion web experiences, teaching families what makes our model different, and turning interest into enrollment with sharp landing pages, on-brand collateral, and automations that quietly do the busywork for everyone else.
We don’t treat the website like a brochure; we treat it like a living product wired to AI. You’ll pair WordPress and Elementor with Cursor, MCP, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Webflow AI, and Relume to create sites and assets at a pace agencies can’t touch. Our playbook includes HubSpot as the acquisition backbone, LLM-aware content and schema, local SEO that actually ranks, and workflow glue via n8n and Zapier. The exciting part isn’t the tool list, it’s what happens when you stitch it together and watch traffic and conversion rates climb.
This job is building and improving production websites ~70% of your week and crafting targeted creatives ~30%. That means architecting and maintaining multiple properties, designing in Figma/Adobe/Canva, aligning copy and visuals to our latest messaging, integrating HubSpot forms, and analyzing performance to decide what ships next. It is not a ticket-taker role, a “make it pretty” pit stop, or a deck factory. Your work is judged on clarity of message, visual consistency with our brand, quality of images and video, first-page relevance for the right queries, and the rigor of your analysis..
If you can point to sites you built end-to-end, show how you instrumented the funnel, and explain the decisions that moved the metric, you’ll thrive here.
