Build the growth engine that puts real learning in reach for homeschool families. If you love owning the plan and the hands-on work that ships it, this is your lane.
It is a mission-driven edtech product based on 2 Hour Learning, where students master core academics in about two hours a day with AI-guided, mastery-based learning. Parents get clear data. Kids get time back for life skills and passions. Your job: turn that story into a brand parents trust and a pipeline that compounds.
You’ll own campaigns, content, partnerships, and the quarterly marketing roadmap. You’ll work directly with the C-suite, set the targets, and hit them. No waiting for a playbook. You’ll write the messages, launch the channels, measure what matters, and double-down on what works. If you want to build from first principles and see your work move the numbers fast, we should talk.
What you will be doing
- Planning and running multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, affiliate/community) tied to clear KPIs and lead targets.
- Creating and managing high-impact content (blogs, emails, guides, social) that moves parents from awareness to inquiry to enroll-ready.
- Building and scaling affiliate and parent-ambassador programs that reliably deliver qualified leads.
- Owning the quarterly marketing calendar, goals, and KPI framework, then reporting results and optimizations.
- Analyzing channel performance, testing messages/offers, and improving ROI every sprint.
What you will NOT be doing
- Inheriting a dusty playbook or waiting weeks for approvals.
- Chasing vanity metrics. Everything maps to qualified lead growth.
- Working inside a large team with heavy handoffs. You will own strategy and execution.
- Producing generic content that isn’t tailored to homeschool parents and their questions.
Key responsibilities
Drive sustained growth in qualified leads by building a credible brand and a repeatable, KPI-driven marketing engine across campaigns, content, and partnerships.

- Fluency with CRM, CMS, analytics, and AI content tools; comfortable defining KPIs and hitting them.
- Track record working directly with executives and making smart decisions with incomplete information.
- Bachelor’s in marketing/communications or equivalent experience.
